Get Married Fish

An Old Smokey employee made this recipe for his then-girlfriend and got a second date, and so on.

Make a pan from aluminum foil.  Put in butter, then 2 fish fillets.  On top of the fish put a little more butter, then lemon and sweet onion slices.  Place assembly on the top grill of the Old Smokey Electric Smoker and cook until things get hot.
