Japanese Chicken

 

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup catsup
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger and clove garlic pressed


Use this mixture as a marinade.  Cook as usual.  It is good to heat this marinade and serve it as a sauce with rice and the chicken.
